The ideal candidate will be an established Category/Senior Category Manager who has a strong understanding of the retail and grocery scene and comfortable developing relationships with customers Experience creating and delivering successful Category Growth Plans is key, along with familiarity using tools like Circana, Nielsen & Kantar Data to make smart, data-driven decisions.
